Where do the industry defaults come from?
Our own pipeline database (~2,000 analysed SMBs in DE/ES) combined with public benchmarks (Invoca 2024, BVSK 2024, ZDH 2024). The defaults are deliberately conservative — reality is worse in many businesses.
What happens to my inputs?
Nothing. The calculator runs fully in the browser. No submit, no database, no email capture. Close the page and the values are gone.
Is the result accurate?
No — it's an estimate. The two biggest error sources are average deal value and conversion rate. Replace both with real numbers from your books and the result becomes reliable. For a proper audit, book 30 minutes with us and we will look at your actual call data.
What can I actually do about missed calls?
