Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as SEPA direct debit for European customers. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.

Absolutely. All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period. After 14 days, you can choose to subscribe or continue with the free Starter plan.

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits (80% and 100%). Once you reach your limit, you won't lose any data, but new employees can't be added until you upgrade. Existing agents continue to work normally.

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free Starter plan and your data will be retained for 30 days.

Team plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) are designed for teams of different sizes and feature needs. Enterprise plans (Business, Enterprise) include everything in Scale plus compliance features like SSO/SAML, role-based access control, audit logs, custom data retention, and dedicated onboarding.
