By accessing or using MaxAI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
MaxAI provides AI-powered employee agents including role-specific task automation, tool integration, knowledge base queries, workflow actions, and productivity analytics.
You agree to use MaxAI only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period.
You retain all rights to your data. MaxAI retains all rights to its software and services. Insights and analysis generated from your data belong to you.
MaxAI's services are provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
